Your Application for Enrollment has been sent to VASE for review and acceptance.

Please note that you must download, complete, sign and return the Employer Verification form (your employer must sign as well) before we can fully approve your application.

If your application for enrollment is accepted by VASE you will receive a copy of the Enrollment Agreement signed by the VASE Administrator. You will then be approved to attend the upcoming class and will receive login credentials approximately two weeks prior to the start of class.

Please note an initial payment of $1500.00 must be paid prior to the start of class.
